No film has been remade more often than this one, and it all started with Paolo Genovese in Rome in 2016. Kasia Smutniak hosts an Italian dinner where seven adults agree to a risky game, and although every one of them has something to hide, lying comes easily in such good company.
On the night of a lunar eclipse in Rome, seven friends sit down to dinner at Eva and Rocco’s. Someone suggests a game: all the phones go in the middle of the table, and every message that comes in will be read out loud. They all agree, because saying no would mean looking like the one with something to hide.
