Sergi López and Jan Hammenecker play cellmates in love with the same woman, and once one teaches the other Argentine tango, the whole prison is soon dancing. Frédéric Fonteyne proves it takes more than two to tango, and the one with most to lose is the guard keeping watch over them.
JC is a prison guard whose favourite hour of the week is his Argentine tango class. One day a new woman joins and they start dancing together, and then on visiting day he recognises her at the prison. She is sitting at a table with two men from the same cell, one her husband and the other her lover, and the rules forbid him from going anywhere near her.
