Why we chose it

Martin McDonagh (In Bruges, Wild Horse Nine) dismantles and subverts the codes of the gangster film in a black comedy that skewers Hollywood’s obsession with violence and antiheroes. Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken and Woody Harrelson revel in a delicious meta-cinematic game in which the story keeps questioning its own rules.
