Why we chose it

What if Hitler had become a painter instead of a politician? John Cusack leads a film that probes the fragile boundary between artistic failure and ideological radicalization, attempting to trace a man’s psyche before he unleashes devastation upon humanity.

Synopsis

A Jewish art dealer and World War I veteran encounters a young, disillusioned artist named Adolf Hitler. As he attempts to steer him away from fanaticism, he begins to realize that the young man’s anger and frustration are evolving into something far more ominous.
