Synopsis

Thirteen-year-old Alpha comes home from a party with a crooked letter A tattooed on her arm with a dirty needle. Her mother, a doctor, knows exactly what is spreading through the city: a disease that slowly turns the infected to marble. Then her uncle, Amin, moves in, trying to come off heroin, and at school the rumours have already started that Alpha is infected.
