Why we chose it

Based on a Norwegian comic by Inga Sætre, this surprising comedy about an unwanted pregnancy never moralises. Sætre also drew the animated sequences in which the unborn baby talks to Rakel, and it has plenty of opinions about her plans and her friends.

Synopsis

Rakel wants to be an astronaut, a forest ranger or a cartoonist, anything but a mother. She draws, parties and brings home whoever she likes, until one day she finds out she’s pregnant, and has been for a long time without noticing a thing. Rakel doesn’t want a baby, but it has already made itself at home in her belly.
