Synopsis

In 1960s Britain, the conservative BBC had banished rock music from its channel, prompting listeners to turn to pirate radio stations to get their essential musical fix. When the Government decides to hunt them down, the most popular pirate station - broadcasting literally from a pirate ship - defies prosecution, sails into international waters, and continues to hold high the banner of rock music.
