When Denis Villeneuve was still a complete unknown to the Greek (and not only) audience, he earned the world festivals’ admiration by reenacting in black and white a horrible incident that happened in Montreal’s polytechnic university in 1989.

Synopsis

Based on true events that took place in Polytechnique Montréal on December 6th 1989, the film depicts what took place there, through the eyes of two students. Their lives changed forever, the day a young man entered the school with one and only purpose: to commit suicide, taking with him as many women as possible.
