Why we chose it

These are men and their cats: guys of different ages and trades whom we get to know through their love for their animals, and whose feline bond helps them through hard times. Warm, soft and very furry, it takes some of the swagger out of macho.

Synopsis

David is seriously ill and living on the streets of New York when he takes in an abandoned kitten and names him Lucky. Across the country, other men find their lives changed by the cats they adopt. Then 2020 arrives and the country shuts down, until all that’s left is a man and an animal that needs him.
