How is a home invasion seen through the eyes of different people? A well-built and honest glance at family relationships, influenced by the cinema of Michael Haneke and the points-of-view style of Akira Kurosawa’s “Rashomon”.
Synopsis
A couple decides to escape the city tension by taking their two kids on a weekend to their cottage. While the situation is ideal for a small break, a mysterious home invasion destroys the balances. At first, the incident seems to bring them closer, but the different points of view end up blurring the answer to what exactly happened and break their mutual trust.
