Millennium Mambo
- Hsiao-Hsien Hou
- 2001
- 1h 59m
- Romance, Drama
In his memory-driven narrative, Hou Hsiao-Hsien transports us to the future, filming present-day images as though they belong to a bygone era. With echoes of Wong Kar-Wai’s world, it bittersweetly captures a world that appears still, yet moves uncontrollably.
