Synopsis
In East Germany, 1984, a Stasi agent is ordered by his superior to conduct surveillance on one of the country’s most renowned writers, Georg Dreyman. Unbeknownst to him, Dreyman plans to smuggle a manifesto to the West, exposing the anti-democratic nature of his homeland — all while being secretly watched.
