Welcome cinéma du look! In the beginning of the 80s, Jean-Jacques Beineix (“Betty Blue”) presented an exemplar modern and stylish noir, a film that regenerated French cinema and brilliantly combined the new technologies of the time, opera and pop culture.
A young Parisian that works as a postman, is obsessed with an opera diva who refuses to be recorded. He’ll manage to record her illegally, but the tape will get mixed up with one that the police and the mob are looking for. Now he has to muster his genius to survive.
