Synopsis

In the summer of 1992, two renowned hagiographers (and astronomers) arrive from Athens to a mountain village in Arkadia, in order to restore the destroyed frescoes of a 15th century Byzantine chapel. Their arrival imparts new life to the forgotten church, but their failure to complete the work on time makes the hagiographers go to a coastal area to wait out the winter.
