The surreal search for a different kind of Cinderella - and along with it for love and companionship - becomes a visually perfect, feelgood fairy tale for grown-up children. And without dialogue, like another Jacques Tati, the idiosyncratic director fills the screen with music, sounds and lyricism.
Synopsis
Nurlan is the driver of a train that crosses Azerbaijan and along the way often drags small "souvenirs" from the gardens and yards of houses near the tracks: feathers, children's balls, sheets. On the last day before Nurlan's retirement, a row of spread clothes drifts off the train, and a unique souvenir climbs aboard: a beautiful lacy blue bra. So Nurlan decides to look for the owner.
