Tel Aviv on Fire

Synopsis

Salaam, a 30-year-old Palestinian, living in Jerusalem, travels to Ramala every day for the shooting of the popular soap opera “Tel Aviv on Fire”. At the Israeli army checkpoint he meets Assi, whose wife is a huge fan of the show. In order to impress her, Assi tries to get involved in the script-writing process and Salaam soon realized that Assi’s ideas may get him a promotion to screenwriter. His career skyrockets until Assi and the producers disagree about the ending.
