Arizona Dream

Emir Kusturica19932h 22mRomance, Comedy, Drama

Why we chose it

Emir Kusturica’s America is a place where everyone lives inside a private fantasy: Jerry Lewis sells Cadillacs and Faye Dunaway builds a flying machine. The shoot ran for a year, which is why Johnny Depp’s hair keeps changing length, and the surreal ride comes with a soundtrack you won’t forget.

Synopsis

Axel catalogues fish for a naturalist in New York and likes his life quiet, until a messenger arrives to take him to Arizona for his uncle’s wedding. The wedding is just an excuse. What the family really wants is for Axel to take over the business, which happens to be a Cadillac showroom.
