Anaïs in Love

Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet20211h 38mComedy, Romance

Why we chose it

After they made a short together, the director wrote the lead for Anaïs Demoustier and even gave the character her first name. Anaïs is thirty and can’t keep still, and in this bright, breezy queer film she falls for her older lover’s partner.

Synopsis

Thirty-year-old Anaïs is forever in a hurry and late for everything, and she drifts into an affair with an older man mostly because he happens to be there. Then she meets his partner, a writer in her fifties, and for the first time she feels something that stops her in her tracks.
