Synopsis

An Edinburgh detective is ruthless, addicted to cocaine and uses any means to achieve his purposes. The city belongs to him. He runs the police department from behind the scenes and manipulates his colleagues at will. When it's time for a promotion, it might be the perfect opportunity for him to up his cruel game. But things are about to take a strange turn.
