How do I redeem my Cinobo Gift Card?
I am new to Cinobo
- Select Sign Up on the top right of the page.
- Follow the steps to log in your email and create your password.
- Choose your subscription plan and click on I have a promo code. Make sure the promo code is compatible with your chosen subscription plan.
- Type in your 12-digit Gift Card code and select Redeem. If the Gift Card code you have entered is valid, you will be able to see the subscription package the Gift Card offers you.
Doing so starts your 7-day free trial and subsequently activates the Gift Card! Once the duration of the Gift Card passes, and if you wish to continue to enjoy Cinobo, you will have to log in a payment method. Here’s how to.
I have an active subscription
Contact us. We will apply the Gift Card code to your account. The Gift Card will be redeemed automatically on the date of your next monthly subscription renewal and you won’t be charged for the duration of your Gift Card.
If you cancel your subscription while your gift card is still active, your Gift Card will be cancelled along with your subscription. Even if the Gift Card has not been used for the full amount of time it offers, it cannot be reactivated.
If you have already redeemed a Gift Card code (or promo code) that is still active and try to add a new Gift Card, it will prevail over the promo code. Ι.e. If the first promo code you have activated gives you a 6-month subscription, and you activate a Gift Card that gives you a 2-month subscription, then the first code will be deactivated and you will only have a 2-month subscription from the Gift Card.
I have an account, but not an active subscription
