How do I redeem my Cinobo Gift Card?

No! When you redeem your Gift Card, you activate your subscription for the amount of time the Gift Card offers, without providing any payment information.

Do I need to provide my credit or debit card information in order to redeem a Cinobo Gift Card?

Where can I find information on the Cinobo Gift Card I just redeemed?

If you realize you have sent the Gift Card to the wrong email, contact us as soon as possible at support@cinobo.comGift Card is sent automatically immediately after your payment is processed or on the date of your choosing. Unfortunately, if the Gift Card has already been redeemed by the receiver, it cannot be replaced. If it hasn’t been redeemed yet, we can cancel it and replace it with a new one that will be sent to the correct email address.

What happens if I send the Cinobo Gift Card to the wrong email?

You can find the Gift Card you sent (and its code) in the email you got as a receipt for your payment. On the field marked Delivery, select Download the Gift Card you just sent.Alternatively, you can send us the email you used to make your purchase so we can locate your order and resend the Gift Card to you or to its intended recipient.

What happens if the Cinobo Gift Card recipient loses the code?

The Cinobo Gift Card has no expiration date and therefore no limitation of time to be redeemed.

Does the Cinobo Gift Card expire?

You cannot return or exchange the Cinobo Gift Card. If you don’t want to use your Cinobo Gift card and have not redeemed it yet, you can gift it to someone else by giving them the 12-digit code.

What happens if I cancel my subscription after I redeem my Cinobo Gift Card?
