I already have Cinobo but I cannot redeem my Gift Card. What do I do?
The Gift Card you have received can be applied to your existing account. Make sure the promo code is compatible with your chosen subscription plan. Choose one of the options below to see what steps to follow to redeem your Gift Card.
I have an active subscription
- Log into your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right of the page (visible once you're signed in) and select Account Settings from the dropdown.
- Go to My subscription and select I have promo code. Make sure the promo code is compatible with your chosen subscription plan.
- Type in your 12-digit Gift Card code and select Redeem. If the Gift Card code you have entered is valid, you will be able to see the subscription package the Gift Card offers you.
The Gift Card will be redeemed automatically on the date of your next monthly subscription renewal and you won’t be charged for the duration of your Gift Card.
If you cancel your subscription while your gift card is still active, your Gift Card will be cancelled along with your subscription. Even if the Gift Card has not been used for the full amount of time it offers, it cannot be reactivated.
If you have already redeemed a Gift Card code (or promo code) that is still active and try to add a new Gift Card, it will prevail over the promo code. Ι.e. If the first promo code you have activated gives you a 6-month subscription, and you activate a Gift Card that gives you a 2-month subscription, then the first code will be deactivated and you will only have a 2-month subscription from the Gift Card.
If you have already redeemed a Gift Card code (or promo code) that is still active and switch to a yearly subscription plan, the yearly subscription will prevail over the Gift Card. For example, if your active Gift Card gives you a 6-month subscription, and you activate the yearly subscription plan after the fourth month, the Gift Card will be deactivated, and you will lose the remaining two months.

- Go to My subscription and select Start your subscription.
- Choose your subscription and click on I have a promo code.
- Type in the 12-digit Gift Card code and select Redeem. If the Gift Card code you have entered is valid, you will be able to see the subscription package the Gift Card offers you.
