I’m having trouble cancelling my subscription

You can cancel your subscription easily, any time, by following the steps you’ll find here.

If you cannot find the option to cancel, make sure you are logged in through the Cinobo website. Managing your subscription, including cancelling, is only available on cinobo.com and not through the Cinobo app.
