Synopsis
1976. Agnés's marriage falls apart and she returns to Nice to stay with her mother, owner of a casino. There, Agnés falls in love with Maurice, who nevertheless continues to have relationships with other women. Agnés sells her shares of the casino at the expense of her mother, who loses control of the family business. In 1977, after a failed suicide attempt, Agnés disappears without a trace. 30 years later, Maurice is the prime suspect for her murder, but there is no incriminating evidence.
