Synopsis

In the British countryside in 1947, the elderly Sherlock Holmes returns to his seaside home from a trip to Japan and spends the end of his days taking care of his bees. His only companion is his housekeeper and her young son. Holmes realizes that his mind is giving up on him and relies on the boy to help him remember details from his last case, which remained unsolved for 30 years.
