Synopsis

Eva works long hours as a maid in a luxury hotel in Mexico City. A young, single mother who travels far to get to her place of work, Eva has ambitions for the future and hopes that her dedication will bring her a coveted position as a housekeeper on the most luxurious floor. She enrolls in an adult education program, but quickly discovers that it's not necessarily the hardest working ones who get ahead.
