Synopsis
Nejat does not approve of his widowed father, Ali’s decision to move in with his prostitute girlfriend, Yeter. He starts to warm up to her, however, when he discovers she sends money home to Turkey to help put her daughter through school. Yeter’s sudden death drives father and son apart. Nejat travels to Istanbul to look for Yeter’s daughter, Ayten. Political activist Ayten, however, is already in Germany to escape the Turkish police.
