The Voice of Hind Rajab

The most important film of the year depicts the long and bloody war in Gaza through the desperate attempt to rescue a 6-year-old girl trapped in her family's car. A harrowing room thriller, it uses the real audio recordings of little Hind, as recorded at the Palestinian Red Crescent call center, with producers Joaquin Phoenix, Jonathan Glazer, and Brad Pitt.

Synopsis

January 29, 2024. Red Crescent volunteers receive an emergency call. A 6-year old girl is trapped in a car under fire in Gaza, pleading for rescue. While trying to keep her on the line, they do everything they can to get an ambulance to her. Her name was Hind Rajab.
