Synopsis
After a two-year absence, forensic psychiatrist Susan returns to a high-security psychiatric unit, taking on its most dangerous cases. Marked by a traumatic past, she can still understand her patients - but has lost all empathy for herself. As she turns to unorthodox methods, her colleagues grow increasingly uneasy - everyone except Mortimer, with whom she forms a deep bond. What appears to be a relapse may ultimately become her salvation.
