Μια πολύ τρυφερή ταινία για την αγάπη και τα απρόσμενα μέρη στα οποία τη βρίσκεις..

Levan Akin’s “And Then We Danced” had the far right trying to storm cinemas in Tbilisi, and now he takes us to Istanbul, where a retired teacher and the boy from next door search for a girl who left Georgia and never came back. It’s a tender road movie that leaves you wanting to dance again.
Lia, a retired teacher in Georgia, has promised to find out what happened to her niece Tekla, and when Achi, a boy from the neighbourhood, tells her Tekla crossed over to Istanbul, she takes him with her. In a city that swallows people whole, they start knocking on doors. A group of trans women take them in, and Tekla seems closer than ever.
