Who has the right to happiness? An emotional and highly unpredictable coming-of-age story in an environment of poverty and rejection, by the always original and impressive Andrea Arnold ("Fish Tank," "American Honey"), starring "Saltburn's" Barry Keoghan and the great Franz Rogowski in a surprise role.
Synopsis
12-year-old Bailey lives with her unmarried dad Bug and brother Hunter in a squat in North Kent. Bagg doesn't have much time for his children, and Bailey, who is approaching puberty, seeks attention and adventure elsewhere. She meets a mysterious man who doesn't seem to belong and soon everything in this family's life begins to change.
