Synopsis
The 89-year-old director Agnes Varda, an emblematic figure of the French New Wave, and the internationally recognized photographer and artist JR travel to villages in France with their truck-photo booth, meet locals, learn their stories and create huge portraits. The photos are placed on walls, factories and trains, revealing the nature and history of those who are photographed but also of the creators themselves.
