What happens if I send the Cinobo Gift Card to the wrong email?

If you realize you have sent the Gift Card to the wrong email, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

Gift Card is sent automatically immediately after your payment is processed or on the date of your choosing. Unfortunately, if the Gift Card has already been redeemed by the receiver, it cannot be replaced. If it hasn’t been redeemed yet, we can cancel it and replace it with a new one that will be sent to the correct email address.
