Where can I find information on the Cinobo Gift Card I just redeemed?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right (it only appears once you're logged in) and select Account Settings from the menu.
- In the My subscription section, under Active offer, you'll see all the details of your Gift Card, its subscription expiration date, and so on.
If there is no information there, then your Gift Card has not been redeemed. Contact us if you require assistance.
