Does my Cinobo Pass guarantee me entry? Can I reserve a seat ahead of time?

A Cinobo Pass does not automatically guarantee entry. Free admission is only assured if tickets remain available when you arrive at the ticket counter, and you must physically redeem your pass at the cinema.

The service does not offer advance seat reservations through the app or online. To find out whether a specific cinema allows pre-booking, contact that partner cinema directly.

If your preferred screening is full, you can redeem your QR code for a different showing of the same film instead.

At Cine Paris specifically, entry is guaranteed with a Cinobo Pass for the first 10 subscribers who arrive at each screening. Additional pass holders may enter if seats open up shortly before the film starts.
