- Go to cinobo.com/cinobo-pass
- Choose the movie you want to issue a Cinobo Pass for and fill your Cinobo account contact email in the free ticket submission form.
- Select Submit. If you currently have an active Cinobo subscription, you will receive an email with your Cinobo Pass (QR code) for the movie you chose. Repeat the same process to issue a Cinobo Pass for another movie.
- Check the screening schedule of our partner cinemas, pick your preferred screening and show your Cinobo Pass QR code at the ticket counter to get your free entry ticket.
To be eligible for a Cinobo Pass, you need to have an active subscription. You will not be able to issue a Cinobo Pass if you have issued a cancellation order by selecting “Cancel Subscription” and are in the last month of your paid subscription.
If you are a new subscriber or if you have just reactivated your subscription, please note that 48 hours should have elapsed since the end of your free trial, or since your first payment has gone through respectively. That is the time period required for the system to be updated regarding the new status of your subscription.
