How do I log in to Cinobo from my device?

1. Open your web browser
2. Go to cinobo.com
3. Select Login on the top right of the page
4. Type in your Cinobo account email and password and click Continue.

If you forgot your password, check how to set a new one.

1. Open Google Play Store on your device
2. Type Cinobo in the app search bar
3. Select the Cinobo app and then select Install to download it
4. Launch the Cinobo app
5. Type your Cinobo account email and password on the log in screen and then select Login

The Cinobo app also allows you to watch movies offline, on-the-go. Learn more on how to download movies to watch offline here. Don’t forget, you can only manage your account and subscription from a browser (buying a new subscription, cancelling, changing your email etc.) Managing your account is not available through the app.

If you face any other issues, make sure your smartphone or tablet is supported.

If you live abroad or have purchased your device outside Greece, your Play Store account may be set to another country. In this case you will not be able to find the Cinobo app since it is only available in the Greek Play Store. You will have to change your Play Store account country to Greece to proceed with the downoad.

If you are having issues check to see if your device is supported. The Cinobo app is supported on iPads and iPhones running iOS 14 or later. Jailbreak devices are not supported.

3. Select the Cinobo app and then select Install to download it
4. Launch the Cinobo app
5. Type your Cinobo account email and password on the log in screen and then select Login

Or use the following steps to log in using your phone:

1. Use your smart phone or tablet to scan the QR code on your TV screen, or go to https://cinobo.com/link/webos 
2. If you are already signed in, type in your Cinobo account email and password.
3. Fill in on your phone the code that appears on your TV screen. You’re all set!

You can now enjoy all movies on Cinobo from your LG Smart TV! Don’t forget, you can only manage your account and subscription from a browser (buying a new subscription, cancelling, changing your email etc.) Managing your account is not available through the app.

If you cannot find the Cinobo app on the LG Content Store, you must make sure your TV is running WebOS 3.0 or later and that your TV’s location is set to either Greece or Cyprus.

If you are having issues check to see if your LG Smart TV is supported. The Cinobo app is supported on LG Smart TVs running WebOS 3.0 or later.

2. Type Cinobo in the app search bar
3. Select the Cinobo app and then select Install to download it
4. Launch the Cinobo app
5. Type your Cinobo account email and password on the log in screen and then select Login

Or you can use the following steps to log in from your phone:

1. Use your smart phone or tablet to scan the QR code on your TV screen, or go to https://cinobo.com/link/tizen 
2. On the login page that will come up on your phone, type in your Cinobo account email and password. 
3. You will get a code on your phone. Fill in this code on your TV screen, as prompted. You’re all set!

You can now enjoy all movies on Cinobo from your Samsung Smart TV! Don’t forget, you can only manage your account and subscription from a browser (buying a new subscription, cancelling, changing your email etc.) Managing your account is not available through the app.

If you cannot find the Cinobo app on the Samsung Apps, you must make sure your TV is model year 2015 or later and that your TV’s location is set to either Greece or Cyprus.

If you are having issues check to see you are connected through the app and not from a browser. You must also make sure your Android Box is supported. Contact us to find out if the TV Box/Stick you have or you wish to buy is supported! The Cinobo App is supported only on a verified Android TV Box/Stick running Android 9.0 or later.

If you have a TV with a built-in or connected Chromecast, a compatible smartphone or tablet, and a WiFi connection, you can cast movies to your TV by following the steps below:

1. Open the Play Store app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Type Cinobo in the app search bar.
3. Select the Cinobo app and download it by tapping Install.
4. Make sure your Chromecast and mobile device are connected to the same WiFi network.
5. Open the Cinobo app on your phone or tablet.
6. Tap the Chromecast icon in the top right corner of your screen.
7. Select the Chromecast connected to the device you want to cast to.
8. Browse from your mobile device and select the movie you want to watch, and it will automatically appear on your TV.

If you have a TV with built-in AirPlay support or a connected Apple TV, a compatible iPhone or iPad, and a WiFi connection, you can cast movies to your TV by following the steps below:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Type Cinobo in the app search bar.
3. Download the Cinobo app from the App Store by tapping Install.
4. Make sure the AirPlay-enabled device or Apple TV and your mobile device are connected to the same WiFi network.
5. Open the Cinobo app on your phone or tablet.
6. Tap the Cast icon in the top right corner of your screen.
7. Select the Apple TV connected to the device you want to cast to, or the AirPlay-enabled device.
8. Browse from your mobile device and select the movie you want to watch, and it will automatically appear on your TV.
