I can't remember my password. What can I do?

Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.

Select LOGIN on the top right of the page
On the log in pop-up window, select Forgot password?
Type in your Cinobo account email and tap on Reset password. You will receive an email with a reset link.
Click on the reset link and on the new page, create your new password.

If you cannot spot this email, check your spam and promotions folders.

If you already are logged into your account, select the menu on the top right of the page and click on Account. Under Account details, click on the Send password reset link to receive the corresponding email. Clicking on the link that email contains, will open a page for you to create your new password.
