It says "The e-mail or password is incorrect. Please try again." What do I do?

If you tried to log into your account and got the message “The e-mail or password is incorrect. Please try again.", then

  1. Make sure the email filled in is actually the email you used to create your account, not the email you have saved as your contact email.
  2. Make sure you have typed your email correctly.
  3. Make sure you type your password in the right language with correct capitalization.
