I can't remember my password. What can I do?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Select Login on the top right of the page
- On the log in pop-up window, select I Forgot password link
- Type in your Cinobo account email and tap on Reset password. You will receive an email with a reset link.
- Click on the reset link and on the new page, create your new password.
If you cannot spot this email, check your spam and promotions folders.
If you're already logged in, click the account icon in the top right (it only appears once you're logged in) and select Account Settings from the menu, then select Reset password in Member Details and follow the link you'll receive by email.
The new password creation process allows one change per reset email. If for any reason you want to redo the process, you'll need to request the change again and receive a new password reset email.
