Where can I find my account and subscription information?

Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.

  1. Log in to your Cinobo account 
  2. Click on the menu icon ICON_WEBSITE_MENU.svg on the top right of the page
  3. Select Account

You will be able to find and manage your account and subscription information on this page. The options to change your payment method and to cancel, purchase or reactivate your subscription, are also available there.
