Where can I find my account and subscription information?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log in to your Cinobo account
- Click the account icon in the top right (it only appears once you're logged in) and select Account Settings from the menu
You will be able to find and manage your account and subscription information on this page. The options to change your payment method and to cancel, purchase or reactivate your subscription, are also available there.
