How can I change my payment method?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right of the page (visible once you're signed in) and select Account Settings from the dropdown
- Go to My transactions and select Change payment method
- Then enter and save the new card details
