How can I change my payment method?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click on the menu icon
on the top right of the page and select Account. - Go to My transactions and select Update payment method
- Type in and save the information of the card you want to use
