My card was declined. What do I do?

Your payment may have failed for a variety of reasons. Before you go through with your payment again, please make sure that:

  1. The card you are using is either Visa or Mastercard
  2. You are typing the correct information
  3. Your card has sufficient balance for payment
  4. You are completing your bank’s 3D secure transaction verification process

If your payment still does not go through, contact your bank to find out the reason your payment is declined.

If you have confirmed that there is no problem with your card and still can’t complete your transaction, please contact us.
