How can I redeem a promo code?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
Choose one of the following options to see the steps to redeem a promo code. For more information on the offer you received, carefully read the terms of the offer found in all relevant promotional material.
I am new to Cinobo
- Click on Sign Up on the top right of the page.
- Enter your email and create your password.
- Choose your subscription plan and click on I have a promo code. Make sure the promo code is compatible with your chosen subscription plan.
- Type in the promo code and select Redeem. If the promo code you have entered is valid, you will be able to see a message that it has been redeemed as well as the discounted it offers.
- Activate your subscription and the offer by entering your payment information. Doing so starts your 7-day free trial and subsequently activates the offer!
No charge will be made during the free trial. After that you can enjoy the perks of your offer. The first charge for your subscription plan will be made after the offer expires, if you have not cancelled in the meanwhile.
I have an active subscription
- Keep your promo code at hand.
- Check the terms of the offer to make sure the promo code doesn't apply to new subscribers only.
- Contact us.
If you have already redeemed a promo code (or Gift Card code) that is still active and you try to add a second promo code, the second code will prevail over the first. I.e. if the first promo code you have activated gives you a 3-month subscription, and you activate a second code that gives you a 1-month subscription, then the first code will be deactivated and you will only have one month subscription from the last code you activated.
I have an account, but not an active subscription
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right of the page (visible once you're signed in) and select Account Settings from the dropdown.
- Go to My subscription and select Start your subscription or I have a promo code.
- Choose your subscription plan and click on I have a promo code. Make sure the promo code is compatible with your chosen subscription plan.
- Type in the promo code and select Redeem. If the promo code you have entered is valid, you will see a message that it has been redeemed as well as the discount amount it offers.
- Activate your subscription and offer by entering your payment information.
Enjoy your offer! The first charge will be made after the offer expires, providing you have not cancelled in the meantime.
