How to Upgrade to an Annual Subscription
Follow the steps below from the Cinobo website by visiting cinobo.com through a browser. Account management is not available through the app.
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right of the page (visible once you're signed in) and select Account Settings from the dropdown.
- In the Subscription details section, click the Save €30 with the annual subscription.
- Follow the steps to complete the upgrade to an annual subscription.
If you upgrade, the amount corresponding to the remaining time on your current subscription is automatically deducted from the total cost of the new subscription.
If you have an active offer or Gift Card on your monthly subscription, the offer or Gift Card will no longer be valid after upgrading to an annual subscription.
If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription during your free trial, the free trial will end and the annual subscription will start immediately.
