<ol><li>Make sure you are trying to cast using the Chromecast app and not some other mirroring/casting app</li><li>Make sure your mobile device and Chromecast are connected to the same WiFi network. You can check that from the Google Home app. Go to Home &gt; Devices. If you can see your Chromecast device, then it is connected to the same network. If not, then your Chromecast is connected to a different network and you’ll have to change it. Download the Google Home app for <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.chromecast.app&amp;hl=el&amp;gl=US">Android here</a>, and for <a href="https://apps.apple.com/us/app/google-home/id680819774">iOS here</a></li><li>Make sure you have the latest version of the Cinobo app</li><li>Make sure you have the latest version of the Google Home app</li><li>Make sure you have the latest version of the Google Play Services app (exclusively for Android devices)</li><li>Restart your device</li><li>Unplug your Chromecast for 15 seconds. Type chrome://extensions at the Chrome url bar. That’s where you can disable any unnecessary extensions and try casting again. If the problem is resolved, you can try enabling the extensions one by one, to find out which one was causing the issue and therefore avoid having the same problem in the future.</li></ol>
