The movie I’m watching on my Android TV or Android TV Box is playing with no sound. What can I do?

Most movies on Cinobo are available with both stereo 2.1 and surround 5.1 sound. Our app automatically selects the sound of the movie, depending on your device’s features. If your device doesn't support 5.1 surround sound but is set to 5.1, the sound won’t play.

To resolve this issue, go to your device sound settings to disable 5.1 surround sound, or set the digital sound format to manual. Go to Settings > System Preferences > Sound and switch the digital sound format to manual.
