How do I set the subtitles?
To stream our movies from a smart TV, Apple TV, smartphone or tablet download our app. Streaming our movies from the Cinobo web site is only possible if you access the site from a computer browser.
You can set the subtitles once you’ve started streaming. Check how to turn them on and adjust their size, according to the device you are using:
Computer
Click on the settings icon 
on the play bar and select your preferred language.
To make subtitles larger select Control + on Windows or Command + on a Mac. To make them smaller select Control – on Windows or Command – on a Mac.
Smartphone or tablet
Click on the subtitles icon 
and select your preferred language.
Subtitle size adjusts to the size of your phone or tablet screen, so there is no size adjusting setting.
If you are having issues with the subtitle size, make sure you are streaming through the app and not from a browser. If you are still having issues, the problem may be technical, in which case contact us so we can investigate further.
Smart TV app
Click on the settings icon 
located on the title's play bar and select your preferred language. If you own a Samsung or LG Smart TV you will be given the option to adjust the subtitles' size.
Apple TV app
Click on the settings icon located on the title's play bar and select your preferred language. From the Style option, you can adjust the appearance of the subtitles (e.g. size, outline, background).
Using Chromecast
Start streaming the movie through the Cinobo app and cast it on your TV. As the movie is playing on your TV, access the film catalog home page on the app. Select the cast icon 
on the bottom of your mobile screen and then select the subtitle icon 
to turn the subtitles on.
If you are having issues with the subtitle size, make sure you are streaming through the app and not from a browser. If you are still having issues, the problem may be technical. Contact us anytime so we can investigate further.
Using Airplay
Start streaming the movie through the Cinobo app and cast it on your TV. As the movie is playing on your TV, select the subtitle icon on the top of your mobile screen and then turn the subtitles on.
