Can I return the Cinobo Gift Card or exchange it for a Gift Card of a different value?

You cannot return or exchange the Cinobo Gift Card. If you don’t want to use your Cinobo Gift card and have  redeemed it yet, you can gift it to someone else by giving them the 12-digit code.
